[MPlayer-users] option to avoid "Audio: no sound"?

I'm not sure if it fully works. It only catches failing -vo and -ao. If 
video does not play due to codec reasons, audio still would play as the 
video device would not be tried then at all.

Perhaps there would be also "stop" dummy audio and video codecs needed.
