Well, you just have not waited long enough. If you download that file,
you will see it contains: <starttime value="00:48:58"/>
Since MPlayer does not support this playlist item, nor does it support
seeking over MMS, just do -dumpstream and after it has finished play
mplayer -ss 48:58 stream.dump
