[MPlayer-users] bbc rtsp help needed!

I'm trying to play this video stream from the beeb:

the sound is stuttering and echos all over the place with these errors while 
playing:

tried dumping stream to disk but its still corrupt audio wise!
I'm using MPlayer dev-CVS-060125 : which shows
REAL file format detected.
