I can help a while. Currently I've updated Russian console messages, but 
maintenance of whole documentation is too difficult for one person. 
Maybe I'll be able to help with technical terminology checking.

I think it would be nice if man page will be translated, I can try to 
translate approximetely its half (~100-150 Kb) if a few weeks, maybe in 
about a month. Checking and syncing will take some time too...
What will you say, Vladimir? Can you take care of the rest?

Unfortunately, my shedule is unpredictable, so I can't guarantee a 
long-time maintenance too.
