Well, I am not sure the frontend developers will be too happy with
either way, particularly if they try to support different MPlayer
versions...

Both applied. Let's see if someone flames, because I have the vague
suspicion that this chaos was on purpose...
Though at least -chapter uses demuxer_seek_chapter directly and not that
code, so that's not the issue (though it's maybe not particularly great
that the property interface and -chapter do not match, but it is a mess
either way :-( ).
