Absolutely unacceptable unless it's only done for crap vos that need
software scaler. Otherwise there are major performance issues to
having even a theoretical-noop scaler in the filter chain. Of course
with vos that need swscaler for scaling, they probably need it for
colorspace conversion too and thus it's already loaded...
