use http://www.mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/releases/codecs/qt6dlls.tar.bz2
or http://www.mplayerhq.hu/~alex/codecs/qt6dlls.tar.bz2 as stated in the
howto (btw they're the same as releases/codecs is a link to
~alex/codecs)

btw, it isn't wrong..

btw, it should be moved to docs/tech together with the libwine-qt-howto
or both should be deleted, imho not
