Not necessary, it is already documented (more clearly) in
codecs.html.  If you don't want to remove those links at least link to

Or even better put a link to

http://www.mplayerhq.hu/DOCS/codecs.html

on that page, there are explanations for all the codecs, not just QT
in that file.

Both files should be deleted, they were just a placeholder while the
real documentation was written and while we still needed wine etc to
run QT.
