	In the example I gave, the FPS works out to be a constant 
30fps. However, that's far from the rule. Some files, for example, have a
base frequency of 30Hz and then have timestamp progressions of 2, 5, 7,
10, etc.

	Oh yeah, I forgot I had to modify video.c to make this work
properly. I'll take a look at that.
