[MPlayer-dev-eng] Proper PTS

Hi,

Does it have constant or variable FPS ?
constant -> set sh_video->fps to the real fps, no to 600
variable -> don't use fps at all, so do pts-based frametime (see video.c,
asf and mov files has such timing)
