yes, a decoder that decoded Dolby Surround ProLogic to 4 Speakers would rock, 
as most dvdrips seem to comen with dolby surround (dunno why, but I guess 
dolby digital signal also includes dolby surround signal and it is preserved 
when encoding to mp3). At least I noticed this, when I watched dvdrips on my 
tv with seperate dolby digital/surround amplifier that they sounded very good 
with surround enabled, whereas for telecines and the like I had to switch to 
stereo to get proper sound.
