[MPlayer-cygwin] Enable real in cygwin ?

I compile with --with-codecsdir=/lib/codecs or 
--with-codecsdir=c:/programme/cygwin/lib/codecs

It works for me on W2K.

You are on NT IIRC.  Try giving yourself or everyone full access to the 
codecs dir and the codec files, I remember hearing this might be a problem.
