[MPlayer-cygwin] [BUG] garbled video with levis.avi

Hi!

So I trick Michael Niedermayer into fixing ffindeo for me only to find 
that the file fails under Cygwin...

Linux plays this fine with both ffindeo and the ir32_32.dll, but Cygwin 
and MinGW fail both with the DLL and ffindeo.

Attached comes the output of 'mplayer -v levis.avi' and 'mplayer -v -vfm 
vfwex levis.avi'
