That makes sense. It was switching very frequently during the opening
"Paramount" sequence, so I thought it would do that throughout (it is a
pretty fluid sequence), but during the actual film, it was only at
certain points which were likely edits.

I thought so, but I wanted to make sure before I started. I didn't want
to have a few sample cuts turn out fine, and then spend all that time to
encode the whole thing only to have the final video be a disaster.
