[MEncoder-users] No -ofps needed anymore?

I forgot to include -ofps 24000/1001 in an encoding where the source was
~24fps progressive (DVD).  It used to be the case that this error resulted in
a ~30fps output.  That does not appear to be the case anymore.

So can someone concur with the statement that -ofps is not needed just
because the output is not 30fps?
