[MEncoder-users] Mencoder doesn't work when called from PHP

Ok, I've googled a lot, searched in documentation, but I found only
two commands:
-quiet
-really-quiet

Script still doesn't work.

What it could be? What else should I try? I'm really confused by this, 
because calling 3rd party software from PHP always worked for me.
