[MEncoder-users] meging of flv files

Hi   
    I am using the following command to merge two flv files :
 
  ' mencoder -oac copy -ovc copy -idx -o c.flv a.flv b.flv  '

but i have the following issue when i try to merge the files :
All video files must have identical fps, resolution, and codec for -ovc
 copy

Please let me know , if anyone have solved this issue previously
