Thanks.  And thanks for not giving me a RTFM.

On a side note.  Quicktime allows you to frame advance and frame rewind 
because of more frequent keyframes, but is anyone aware of the threshold 
or the minimum interval that one has to place keyframes to be able to 
advance and rewind single frame?  1 keyframe every second seems to work, 
but does anyone know the exact threshold, in order to maximize the 
distance between keyframes?
