Is it, in fact, out of sync? Being different lengths isn't the same
as out of sync. I could have a video where one stream ends sooner
than another, but both remain in sync for the entire time they both
exist.
If you haven't yet watched the video, please watch it and see if it
looks out of sync before reporting sync problems.
