[MEncoder-users] From 3gp to flv

Hi to list here,

i met a problem when i try to convert a 3gp file to flv, here is the command
i used:

   mencoder Mov23435.3gp -ffourcc FLV1 -of lavf -ovc lavc -oac lavc
-lavcopts
vcodec=flv:acodec=mp3:abitrate=48:vbitrate=500:mbd=2:mv0:trell:v4mv:cbp
-srate 22050 -o play.flv -lavfopts
i_certify_that_my_video_stream_does_not_use_b_frames
the output quality(paly.flv) is bad, and i try to convert the 3gp file to
avi use command:

    mencoder Mov23435.3gp -o play.avi -ovc lavc -oac lavc -lavcopts
acodec=mp3:vcodec=msmpeg4v2 -of lavf -lavfopts format=avi

but nothing improved with play.avi

Did i miss any parameter? Is there any way to make the output play more
fluency(smoothly?)?

Any suggestion would be much appreciated!
