Sorry I touched send button before I finish writing.
On my Mac OSX, -ofps 24.000 makes easier to me, to find audio delay
influence of Delay frame cutting on QT7pro. anyway, I have huge to
learn about A/V sync on linux anyway.

Sounds me fine, (and audio sync could be tweaked on QT7pro).

-of lavf seems unreliable, but it's more than 1 month since last time I tested.
