Wait, you're saying that because mp4box is .001 fps off, you're choosing 
to introduce .024 fps of error instead?

Anyway, I just submitted a bugfix to mp4box. It already contained code 
that's supposed to recognize 23.976 and change it to 24000/1001, it's
just broken.
