I would try leaving off the "-fps"  for a start.  I would also suggest
using anything other than PCM, as I've seen desyncs with -oac pcm
myself. Try perhaps "-oac lavc".  

I don't know why you're using "-af volume", can't you just use the
mixer to reduce the volume on that input?
