[MEncoder-users] avi encoding runs great on one machine, fails on another; SRCHSTRNG

hello, 

on one machine, i get great results.  on this one
however i am having trouble.  The output avi is a
single blank frame.  i can't tell from stdout what the
problem may be.  any tips?
