I know we've been over this like a dozen times, but what on earth is 
wrong with this command line:

mencoder -fps 30000/1001 -ofps 30000/1001 -endpos 01:00:00 -oac pcm -ovc 
lavc -lavcopts vcodec=huffyuv:keyint=25:format=422p -tv 
driver=v4l2:norm=ntsc:input=2:adevice=/dev/dsp1:width=352:height=480 -vf 
harddup -af volume=-10 -o tv.avi tv://

Audio sync is hideous, and I'm POSITIVE this exact command worked 
perfectly earlier.  I only dropped 4 frames total during the entire capture.
