has two instructions in libdav1d and libvmaf   resulting in  error like:
meson.build:1:0: ERROR: The value of the 'bindir' option is '/home/user/bin' which must be a subdir of the prefix '/home/user/ffmpeg_build'.

Obvious fix --bindir="$HOME/ffmpeg_build/bin" seems to work fine.
