[Mplayer-dvb] ANNOUNCE: mplayer.sh version 0.8.3

Bugfix release.

This is just a bugfix release. No new features where added.

As usual, get it from http://batleth.sapienti-sat.org/projects/VDR/

The following two bugs where corrected:

- in mplayer.sh.conf the USERDEF option had a new default of
  '-really-quiet'; this broke the mplayer progress bar
  changed to '-quiet'

- DVD playback was broken for most people; added '-dvd 1' to the mplayer
  call so that the first track is played
