[Mplayer-dvb] DVB driver with redhat 9

see dvb mailing list for more details:
rh has patched include files, so you either can try newest kernel 
sources from redhat, or get a clean kernel from kernel.org
and compile it yourself...

this realy sucks on rh 9, the broke the include files realy badly ....
