[Mplayer-dev-eng] --extra{lib,inc}dir fix et al

Hi,
Here is a small patch mostly concerning extra-stuff. First off, now it
doesn't work just like it was with sdl-config (sorry, my fault). Next, now
one can include multiple directories delimited bu column.
And the last bit (aside). Under Free(Net? Open?)BSD we have 64bit off_t so
the largefile support seems to be enabled from the start.
