[MPlayer-cygwin] Where are settings stored?

Thanks Joey,
indeed, the settings seemed to have been stored in my ATI Mobile card.
Next time I rebooted Windows, the settings were default again.

They may be hardware settings.  If DirectX is modifying the equalizers
on your video card, then they will not be reset when MPlayer quits.
