[MPlayer-cygwin] mplayer On windows support multi-monitor?

I have made a patch to move the video window to the correct monitor when
selecting another adapter. This makes overlays work.
(at least it works for me, on a ATI Radeon 9250)

Sascha, I have attached it, so perhaps you can test it and include it?
