[MPlayer-cygwin] questions about ao_dsound (+ patch #2)

Unfortunatelly I only have 2 audio channels, but I will apply it on monday

Agree. I think MPlayers audio layer needs a redesign. At least there should be 
a possibilty to query the ao devices for supported formats.
