It supports. You should install cygipc package. It includes a daemon
called ipc-daemon2.exe Install it as a service under NT/2k/XP, or
start from commandline under Win98/Me. There is a readme about it at
/usr/share/doc/cygipc. I almost forgot: add 'server' string to the
CYGWIN environment variable.
Anyway, it won't help a lot...
