I tried mplayer dvd://1-20 (mplayer dvd://1-99) and it plays titel 2 and 3 as usual but then runs through all other:

Playing dvd://4.
There are 26 titles on this DVD.
There are 16 chapters in this DVD title.
There are 1 angles in this DVD title.
libdvdread: Invalid title IFO (VTS_03_0.IFO).
Cannot open the IFO file for DVD title 3.
No stream found to handle url dvd://4

Playing dvd://5.
There are 26 titles on this DVD.
There are 1 chapters in this DVD title.
Invalid DVD chapter number: 0
No stream found to handle url dvd://5

dvdnav seems not to know range specifications:

mplayer dvdnav://1-20
MPlayer dev-SVN-r24015-4.1.2 (C) 2000-2007 MPlayer Team
CPU: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.40GHz (Family: 15, Model: 2, Stepping: 7)
CPUflags: MMX: 1 MMX2: 1 3DNow: 0 3DNow2: 0 SSE: 1 SSE2: 1
Compiled for x86 CPU with extensions: MMX MMX2 SSE SSE2

Playing dvdnav://1-20.
The hostname option must be an integer: 1-20
Struct dvd, field hostname parsing error: 1-20
libdvdnav: Using dvdnav version 0.2.1cvs from http://dvd.sf.net
libdvdnav: DVD Title: WER_FRUEHER_STIRBT_IST_LAENGER!
libdvdnav: DVD Serial Number: 364172a7
libdvdnav: DVD Title (Alternative):
libdvdnav: Unable to find map file '/home/serpent/.dvdnav/WER_FRUEHER_STIRBT_IST_LAENGER!.map'
libdvdnav: DVD disk reports itself with Region mask 0x00fd0000. Regions: 2
libdvdnav: ifoRead_VOBU_ADMAP vtsi failed
dvdnav_stream, you didn't specify a track number (as in dvdnav://1), playing whole disc

I wonder if nobody else so far had a DVD with this copy protection. They seem
not too popular but that I am the first mplayer user or better dvdcss/dvdnav
to get stuck on them?

Regards,
Lynx
