[MEncoder-users] Too many video packets in the buffer

Tried the 600000/10001 to get the 59.9 frames/sec.

eventually i get the following statistic:
> Video stream: 6409.865 kbit/s  (801233 B/s)  size: 43657403 bytes  54.488 secs  1829 frames

There are only 913 frames( as per Sony Vegas Pro, and the timecode FX - 
label each frame with a frame number ).

Its not clear to me as to why *each field* is being processed as a *frame*.
