[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH 2/2] avcodec/cdtoons: Remove superfluous ;

The second ; in a double ;; is actually a null statement. It triggers
the typical declaration-after-statement compiler-warnings if it occurs
in the middle of several declarations (like here).
