Im using the setup just as you described

MinGW-w64 4.6.4 32-bit toolchain, from rubenvb

I only added "MSYS Basic System" from http://mingw.org

all these "bad reloc address 0x0" are just red herring

the problem is your compiler is not finding PolarSSL or some other library
