MinGW from mingw.org or a different one for 32-bit? Getting it to work
with Polarssl isn't an issue itself, something in rubenvb's 32-bit
toolchain is also causing "bad reloc address", no matter how many times
I recompile polarssl and/or librtmp. I also get the same error when
compiling in live555. I'm going to try an older version like 4.6.3-1.
