[rtmpdump] items that require HTTP when using a SOCKS proxy

rtmpdump does not download pageUrl, it just passes the URL to the server.
For swfVfy, you'll have to use the manual method of generating the
swfUrl/swfhash/swfsize (as documented in the README) instead of using
swfVfy. (Or has someone already made a patch that makes swfVfy use proxies?)
