[rtmpdump] items that require HTTP when using a SOCKS proxy

When using a SOCKS proxy, how can I specify local files for the below options (which require HTTP)?:

--pageUrl | -p url         Web URL of played programme
--swfVfy | -W url         URL to player swf file, compute hash/size automatically


(I can download these files through a HTTP proxy.)
