[rtmpdump] HTTP_Read not reading full response before parsing.

i have rewritten the patch in more appropriate way with minimal changes to the source code. now it combines connect packet in all cases (rtmp, rtmpe, rtmpt) and works properly. we can easily turn off the combining of handshake and connect packet by setting r->Link.CombineConnectPacket to false. original flash client always merges these two packets (you can confirm it with wireshark).

IMO patch is ready to be merged.
