[rtmpdump] Read access denied for stream (saw in --debug)

maybe you need to add some way of installing "handlers" for certain requests
sent by the servers, e.g. a specific disneyToken handler could be created
for this site in the handlers directory. I definitely concur that you should
not add it to the main functionality but not having anything renders these
sites unusable.
