Seriously:
On this mailing list, only the following build 
procedure is supported (with some exceptions that 
do not apply in this case):
$ svn co svn://svn.mplayerhq.hu/mplayer/trunk mplayer
$ cd mplayer
$ ./configure && make

Please ask your questions to Intel, and don't forget 
to ask them why they don't send patches!
