I don't see any attachment.

Regardless, I posted about this earlier (CC'ed to the dev list), but it doesn't
seem to have arrived on this side as far as I can see.

This is due to a robustness change on the FFmpeg side. The attached patch
(slightly revised from the version I sent to the dev list, but with the same net
effect) fixes it for me.
