[MPlayer-users] Building MPlayer on Windows

One more question: I'm having trouble compiling MPlayer in MinGW with
x264 support.  The guide I'm following says I can just download Windows
binaries, which I assume to be x264.exe (placed in MinGW\bin) and
ffdshow.exe (which is an installer) and MPlayer should be able to
compile with x264 support?  I tried configuring mplayer with
--enable-x264 after placing those files in the right locations, but
making MPlayer fails.

Any ideas?
