[MPlayer-users] Aspect-ratio problems with directx driver

I don't know where to get a compiled build for every revision but that 
at least narrows it down.
Aspect ratios is broken for directx in Windows 7 as well. Even 
MPlayer2's directx driver is broken in the same manner.

It's as he says, the video retains the same aspect ratio just a 
different size. Say a 16:9 video on a 16:9 display, setting to 4:3
resizes to fit within the 4:3 "box" and black bars are added to the top
