[MPlayer-users] using mplayer with avisynth input

Seems to be working here now, with this version. (you just tell it to
play abc.avs or what not).
The filters don't seem to take filter "settings" right (media player
classic seems to exhibit the same problem [1]), but at least it does
play them at all.
