Note that while this may work for you, these two options do not what you
(probably) expect them to.

>   --disable-dvdread-internal
>   --disable-libdvdcss-internal
>   --with-dvdnav-config=/path/to/dvdnav-config
>   --with-dvdread-config=/path/to/dvdread-config

That's probably a good idea to use external dvdnav (not recommended).
