mencoder command line:

mencoder clip.ts -o clip.avi -demuxer lavf -aid 0 -sid 0 -ovc lavc
-lavcopts vcodec=mpeg4:vhq:vbitrate=1500 -vf scale=720:-10 -oac
mp3lame -lameopts br=128:abr
