I have written a patch once, but before I search it (I wonder if there is no
version of it on the mailing list), be warned that it does not work well with
the Apple server: One seek is usually possible, but if you immediately try
another one, hell breaks loose and audio plays from before the seek and video
from the new position (or the other way round).

I will try to post it next week, please test ffmpeg:// syntax and report back
meanwhile.
